As a certified public accountant, Nancy gained experience in financial reporting during her employment with VTD and FRB and has provided financial reporting and consulting services to closely-held businesses for over 15 years. Her tax-related areas of expertise include: planning to minimize current tax liabilities, real estate transactions, estate/trust implications for individuals and their related business activities. She has a broad range of tax compliance experience serving corporations, trusts, not-for-profit organizations, homeowners associations, flow-through entities, and individuals. Throughout her career, she has also been active in the community and not-for-profit activities and has served on the board for several organizations.
